Follow just a few of these environmentally friendly tips to help keep our planet green:
Conserve Water – Turn off the faucet when you don’t need running water, like while you’re brushing your teeth or washing the dishes.
Donate & Recycle – If you have the option, reduce garbage by donating goods like clothing or furniture to friends, family, or local organizations. Reconsider throwing that plastic container or glass bottle in the trash and recycle it!
Walk or Bike – Reduce your carbon output by opting to walk or bike when possible. And it’s great exercise.
Unplug – Unplug appliances when not in use, including cell phone chargers, laptops, and even toasters. Use a power strip that can easily turn on and off a group of electonic items.
