Participation constitutes a member\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and Administrator\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Participation does not guarantee winning.\u00a0All activity on the Desktop and Mobile\u00a0platforms is eligible and valid. Members are not obligated to participate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
